In the Post Apocalyptic World of 2054, an Evil General is determined to control "The Balance of Power" by creating a new group of improved Super Soldiers. The General's plans are in directed opposition to that of his future bride, the "Princess". She knows nothing about his plan! By coming in contact with a Rebel "Soldier" destine to become one of the General's Super Soldier himself, she and her 75 year old Kung Fu Master Tailor are expose to the truth. And now the three must now unite and stop the General Plans to control "The Balance of Power"...
