Seventh Avenue Performances presents "Five Centuries of Dances" the ninth of ten free concerts celebrating our tenth anniversary season featuring the ensemble the Black Cedar Duo (Steve Lin, guitar and Kris Palmer, flutes and recorders)! Dancing has been a part of human culture since the beginning of man's existence. This program will explore dances from around the world, dating from the 16th century until present time. Selections will include tango music by Astor Piazzolla, Romanian Dances by Bèla Bartók, Italian dances by Gioacchino Rossini and more.
