Hoots Beer Co and The Katharine Brasserie and Bar
The Katharine Brasserie & Bar welcomes local brewery, Hoots Beer Co, for a collaborative dinner on September 19. This intimate dinner will be held on The Katharines newly refurbished outdoor patio and offers guests four courses highlighting Chef Adam Barnetts classic French cuisine. Barnetts dishes will be carefully curated to complement the flavors of each courses beer pairing, hand-selected by a representative from Hoots, who will be at the dinner to speak to each brew. This dinner is the second in a series of dinners at The Katharine that will highlight artisans, farmers, distillers, winemakers and guest chefs from around the area.
