First Course: Heirloom Tomatoes burrata, rocket, lemon agrumato, maldon salt
Second Course: Summer Corn Risotto gulf shrimp, basil, sweet pepper relish
Third Course: Spagetti Pomodoro 'nduja, butterbean, 18 month parmesan
Fourth Course: Wood Oven Roasted Pork Loin bacon, summer melon, watercress, cornbread
To Finish: Warm Blueberry Cobbler vanilla ice cream
