The Exchange at Mission Bay!
The Exchange is a transformational new office development in San Franciscos Mission Bay. The 750,000-square-foot project is the future home of Dropbox, which signed the largest lease in San Francisco history in 2017 with Kilroy Realty Corporation to occupy the entire building. The Exchange is located at 1800 Owens Street, at the corner of 16th & Owens Streets, in San Francisco. Meet at the corner of 16th & Owens Streets. All tour participants must wear long pants and closed-toed shoes. Safety helmets, safety glasses, and vests, as well as lunch, will be provided.

11:40 am - Tour begins
12:30 pm - Tour ends & box lunches served.

PRESENTER BIOGRAPHY
John Osmond, Kilroy Realty Corporation Senior Vice President
John serves as Senior Vice President, Asset Management for Kilroy Realty Corporation and oversees a commercial portfolio of 3 million square feet in the San Francisco region. John has 20+ years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has worked for such firms as Broadreach Capital Partners, Ellis Partners, Equity Office Properties, and Spieker Properties. During his career, he has negotiated over 1,500 lease agreements, supported investments teams in the acquisition and disposition of $4 billion in commercial transactions, and has managed 25 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and life science product throughout the Western United States. John received his B.S. Degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Real Estate Management, from California State University East Bay.
