Fermentis Academy Anchorage - Sponsored by BSG
The Fermentis team is very pleased to invite you to this edition of the Fermentis Academy sponsored by BSG in Anchorage. The 7th of September from 9:00am to 5:00pm, we'll be there with you to exchange and answer all your questions about yeasts and fermentation. Our aim: to help you as a brewer to create the beer you want by understanding yeasts and the fermentation process.
During the day we'll discuss the following topics:
- Yeast & fermentation basics
- Yeast taxonomy
- How yeasts affect the beer
- Yeast management in breweries
- Exogenous enzymes for various beer styles
The day before, you are invited to join us at 7:00pm to our social gathering to share beers, hors d'oeuvres and a good moment of friendliness. A great way to start this very special event!
