Seattle Wind Symphony Presents: Night at the Opera
Conducted by Robert Musser, Founder and Conductor Emeritus of Tacoma Concert Band
Opera as you've never heard it before! The Seattle Wind Symphony plays favorite arias, overtures and processionals from great operas, operettas and pop operas. Operatic works by Puccini, Wagner, Gershwin, Lloyd-Webber and even John Philip Sousa are featured on the concert. Seattle-based soprano Alexandra Picard will join us for several pieces. Narration provided by Dave Beck of Classical King FM 98.1.

About Us
Seattle Wind Symphony is a 55-player ensemble dedicated to the presentation of professional quality symphonic wind music to the general public, educators and students. Our program philosophy is to perform time tested, professional and compelling literature that is engaging for both audience and musicians alike. As an audition ensemble we are intentional about providing an opportunity for the finest wind, brass and percussion instrumentalists to perform. Seattle Wind Symphony endeavors to be an instrument of hope for young musicians by modeling high music and performance standards.
