Vermont Hemp Fest
Welcome to the second annual Vermont Hemp Fest, taking place September 8-9, 2018 at Burke Mountain Hotel and Conference Center in East Burke, Vermont.
Already one of Vermonts premiere cannabis events, Hemp Fest 2018 will feature two days of programming, including a keynote address from Oregon CBDs Seth Crawford, Ph.D, agricultural, hemp and CBD exhibitors, a Friday Night Business Networking event sponsored by Witlon, food trucks, live music, Sunday hemp brunch and more.
The inaugural Hemp Fest in 2017 welcomed over 500 attendees. Just a year later, with the number of registered hemp growers having quadrupled in number, and exponential growth in the publics interest in all things cannabis, we expect sponsors and vendors will have exposure to over 800 attendees over the course of the weekend - as well as a wide variety of networking and business opportunities with each other.
Please park at the Base Lodge at 223 Sherburne Lodge Road and take our complimentary shuttle up to the Hotel. Shuttles run round trip all day. On Saturday, registration begins at 11:00 a.m., programming begins at noon, and keynote speaker Oregon CBD cofounder Seth Crawford, Ph.D, presents at 2p.m. This year, there will be concurrent programming in both the Ballroom and the Witherell Room. The 10+ sessions include Cultivation Best Practices, Extraction and Processing, Business and Marketing, Testing, Retail/Wholesale Distribution and State and Federal Regulations. Well have even more exhibitors in 2018, which will be located in one side of the Ballroom, the Day Lodge, and also outdoors on the Patio, where there will also be food vendors, an outdoor bar and lawn games.
YOGA: Well have yoga, sponsored by RopaNa, in one side of Witherell at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, and again Sunday morning at 10 a.m.
Live music kicks off with some light acoustic at 4 p.m, then with headlining bands from 7-10 p.m. including local NEK outfit Tritium Well.
Sunday morning, exhibitors open at 10 a.m. and run until 1 p.m. with Sunday panel session at 11 a.m. and noon.Check out the hemp-themed Photo Booth outside the Ballroom on Sunday. Well also have a locally sourced hemp brunch at the hotel from 10-1! Hotel checkout is at noon; Exhibitors and programming end at 1 p.m. Sunday.
