The Empty Bowl Dinner is celebrating five years of raising awareness of hunger and food insecurity in our community. We serve a simple meal of donated bread and soup from local restaurants and donated desserts from local churches and synagogues. Attendees receive a handmade bowl as a reminder of families in need in our community.
Please join us for wine & cheese, soup, silent auction and tours of the food pantry!
Your support helps to raise funds for the food ministries of St. Stephens and Family Promise. The LCS Food Pantry at St. Stephens is one of the largest food pantries in the state of Delaware. Family Promise of Northern New Castle County is an Interfaith Hospitality Network of 15 host churches which provide shelter and meals for homeless families.
Please join us at 4 pm, 5:30 pm or 7 pm. Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door.
