Chicago HACCP for Chefs

This course fulfills City of Chicago and State HACCP training requirements. If you cook sous vide, vac pack food, cure meats, pickle or preserve, this training and HACCP plans are required by Health Dept.
-Want to learn how to write your own HACCP plans? -Want to understand a plan you have already? -Need to fulfill training requirement? -$350 per student -1711 N Cleveland in Old Town -Bring your recipes and draft your plan in class -Course is certified by International HACCP Alliance,all students receive certificate upon completion
