WHBC Summer Beer Dinner

Come and join us for a six course tasting prepared by our resident cuisinier Patrick Arretche. This American Summer themed dinner will consist of six courses served with a 5 ounce pour of one of Wolf Hollow Brewing Company's great beers. Here's the Menu!

Mediterranean Pasta Salad.......................................Nun, The Wiser
Pasta salad with fresh veggies, feta cheese, and house vinaigrette.

Twice Baked Potato..........................................Wolf Hollow Amber
Twice baked tater with sharp cheddar, sautéed bacon, sour cream, and scallions.

Mini French Onion Hot Dog...........................................Alexa! Vienna Lager
Miniature hot dog topped with caramelized onion, gruyere, and dijon.

Spicy Shrimp Taco.........................................El Lobo Loco Mexican Lager
Spicy sautéed shrimp on a flour tortilla with corn and cilantro lime slaw.

Brisket And Bleu Slider......................................Davids Goliath Imperial Saison
Slow-smoked brisket with sautéed mushrooms and a red wine, bleu cheese sauce.

Campout Stout Float.............................................Campout Stout
Ice cream float with Campout Stout, topped with whipped cream and chocolate sauce.

The doors open at 6:00 PM for a beer "cocktail" hour and seating, during which beer will be available for purchase at the bar. Then at 7:00 PM the journey begins as the first course is served. At the conclusion of the evening the bar will be open for pints and growler fills and you'll receive our souvenir sample glass to take home.
