The Chives with Ideas Not Theories

With a reputation for being loud, and not afraid to go louder, The Chives are a band of kids who grew up on the blistering attack of bands such as Rage Against The Machine, Bad Religion, and Iron Maiden. Their songs pack a high energy punch-to-the-gut of rock, punk and metal. With 2 albums worth of material, and a ton of covers to play, this is a show not worth missing out!

The Chives will be joined by Reynaliz Herrera, who will perform her theatrical percussion show, IDEAS, NOT THEORIES. The performance features original music which explores the use of unconventional instruments such as: bicycles, tap and body percussion, water, brushes, as well as traditional percussion instruments such as marimbas and drums. For this occasion Reynaliz will perform a solo version of some excerpts of the music from "Ideas, Not Theories".
