Forbidden Root August Beer Dinner
Forbidden Root is a craft brewery & restaurant dedicated to the pursuit of flavor. By exploring the rich world of ingredients, the people of Forbidden Root create beer and food experiences that are as surprising as they are delicious. Executive Chef Dan Weiland will showcase a mastery of flavor and creativity at this intimate pairing dinner.
In addition to the four-course, four-beer prix fixe menu, guests of our August Beer Dinner will join a conversation about the history, culture, and future of the Chicago brewing industry with Josh Noel of the Chicago Tribune and our own Randy Mosher. Each guest will also receive a copy of Noel's new book, "Barrel-Aged Stout and Selling Out: Goose Island, Anheuser-Busch and How Craft Beer Became Big Business".
