Whisky and Cheese

Jordan Zimmerman, former Murray's Cheese Education Manager, will expertly guide you through this mouthwatering pairing class, and you will learn how to pair fine Scotches with artisanal cheeses. Signature cocktail, four whiskies and four cheeses provided.

You will nose and tast the following selection:

- Fromager d'affinois paired with Teeling's Small Batch Irish Whisky
- Young Goat Gouda paired with Eagle Rare or Michter's Unblended American
- Tarantaise paired with Dalmore 12 Year
- Maggie's Round paired withJura 18 Year

PAYMENT, REFUND AND TICKET TRANSFERRAL POLICIES
To register for any class at The Flatiron Room, payment in full is required at the time of registration. Credit may be issued for a future class by notifying us in writing at least 7 days prior to class date by emailing Evelina at Evelina@goodnightgroup.nyc or you can transfer your space in the class to a friend, family member or colleague. Simply email Evelina at Evelina@goodnightgroup.nyc with the name of your substitute.
