Tarab Retreat Benefit for International Rescue Committee
Meg York, Pete Jacobs, Omar Al Tabal Mansour, and guest musicians will play an evening of classical Arabic music and dance for open dancing, dinner music and featured solo dancers.
This event also features a Drum Solo Workshop included in pricing at 5:00 to 6:00.
Dinner Show 7-9 Mercury Cafe features organic, locally sourced food and beverage including the BEST kombucha on tap around. All food is gluten free (spelt bread) and delicious.
This event also features participants from a womens' retreat earlier in the day at the Living Arts Centre, as well as the best solo dancers from the front range.
Partial proceeds to benefit International Rescue Committee, an international NGO that helps segue refugees in their new host countries. Victoria Francis from the IRC Lakewood Office will speak about IRC's mission and ongoing programming.
