Greetings Starfighters! Join Cult Classics AZ on Saturday July 28th as we celebrate 7 years of repertory screenings with a special Dive-In Movie screening of THE LAST STARFIGHTER at The Moxy Hotel in Tempe, sponsored by Game On Expo!

Greetings, Starfighter! You have been recruited by the Star League to defend the frontier against Xur and the Kodan Armada. So begins an adventure of galactic proportions in The Last Starfighter. After Earthling Alex (Lance Guest) conquers the Starfighter video game, he is recruited by alien Centauri (Robert Preston) to be part of an elite legion of fighters. Leaving behind his trailer park home for the outer regions of space, Alex becomes the last hope for the beleaguered Star League and hundreds of worlds including Earth. The Last Starfighter is the ultimate video game fantasy come true!

EVENT NOTES FOR DIVE-IN SCREENINGS: This is primarily a Dive-In Movie screening. There is limited seating around the pool, we suggest bringing a floatie/inner tube/noodle and watching the film in the pool as the preferred experience. Alternatively, you can bring a large beach towel or short beach chair to watch the film around the pool perimeter. Pool is also heated. There will also be poolside bar service provided, including alcohol.
