We had such a great time at our show at Mr. Sophie's House in February, we are doing it again!
Tickets are $15-$20 (no one turned away)
Why pre-purchase? Walp, it's an intimate space and, though love goes on forever, we can only fit so many of tushies. Our last show we had to turn people away and we don't want to do that again. We wanna play for you! Thanks for buying your tickets! We'll provide your with the address of the venue upon purchase.
Mr. Sophie's House of Sapphic Arts and Acts is is a small scale feminist performance speakeasy and arts space in East Oakland that is dedicated to developing and promoting artistic and community based work by queer, lesbian, trans and dyke self identified women. About the artists:
Kamerin: Kamerin is an Oakland-based folk-pop singer songwriter who isn't afraid to show their vulnerability on stage as they seek beauty in places of loneliness, nostalgia and heartbreak. A classically trained vocalist armed with a synthesizer and a laptop, Kamerin layers lush vocal harmonies, synthesizer loops, and tasteful beats to send you melting backward into some childhood nostalgia you didnt know you had. http://kamerinmcdonald.com/ https://www.facebook.com/kamerintheartist/
Willa Mamet: Willa Mamet is an Vermont-born songwriter, singer, and instrumentalist. She has released two albums with her duo, Willa Mamet + Paul Miller. Her first sola album is currently on the stove.
Having spent most of her life being told to Pipe Down, music is her Chime In. She now devotes her life to precisely this.
She lives in Oakland with her piano and her six-pawed cat.

Anne Carol Mitchell is a nature-based songwriter and composer who crafts sounds from the earth. Through her music, she creates evocative states where stories and landscapes come alive. Her music speaks simply of the beauty of the natural world, as a call to reconnect with the Earth. Anne writes music for filmmakers working for social change, with an official selection in the 2016 Green Film Festival. She has worked extensively with LGBTQ poet Judy Grahn, scoring selections of her work. Anne has toured in an opening ensemble for Ani DiFranco, in addition to her own work as nationally touring songwriter.
