CELEBRATE SPRING: WINE AND FOOD PAIRING AT PORTA VIA
We will be highlighting 5 dishes that are inspired by the essence of Lemon to celebrate the coming of spring. The dishes will incorporate Bella Cucina pantry products and recipe cards will be given out so that you can make the same dish at home for a party or just for your immediate family. We are partnering with Highland Wines to pair some award winning wines that will complement the food and balance out the palette.
Our chef will be talking about the recipes and answering any questions about ingredients. A wine expert will be holding the wine tasting and will be discussing the varietals of wine being served.
Each attendee will automatically be entered into a drawing for a complementary copy of "La Bella Vita" cookbook written by Chef/Owner of Bella Cucina, Alisa Barry.
Join us for an enchanting evening by candle light for some good food and great wine.
Cost of the event is 30.00 per person.
