Guys Night Out is a group of GBT men that meets monthly for social and cultural opportunities of interest, and is a program of William Way LGBT Community Center.
On Thursday, April 11, we head to Walnut Street Theatre's Studio 5 for a special GLBT mixer and preview performance of "Eastern Standard".
From Quince Productions (producers of the annual GayFest!) & director Rich Rubin, "Eastern Standard" revolves around two pairs of people - one gay, one straight - and their hilarious and touching attempts to form relationships amid the turbulence and crises of New York in the 1980s. The play "captures the romantic sophistication of the most sublime comedies ever made in this countrydazzling good fun" (Frank Rich, NYT).
We'll leave promptly from the Center at 5:45pm and head to Walnut Street Theatre's Studio 5 for a special GLBT mixer with wine and snacks at 6pm, followed by a special preview performance at 7pm.
Purchase tickets free of Credit Card charges at William Way's Front Desk, 1315 Spruce Street, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm.
