Event Structure: Pasta class with flour + water's Executive Chef, Ryan Pollnow! Three-course family style dinner with wine pairings Fresh pasta from class to take home
About the Class: Go behind the scenes in the Dough Room at flour+water. This is where all of the fresh pasta is made everyday. With a glass of prosecco in hand and charcuterie platters at your fingertips, guests will experience a hands-on pasta making lesson. This interactive class will offer techniques for making fresh pasta. Guests will practice mixing dough, explore making pasta, with a hand-cranked pasta machine.
At the end of class, participants will sit down to a three-course dinner prepared by flour + water, including wines from the regions discussed in the class. Participants will leave with fresh pasta to cook at home.
We will not be able to process refunds on any tickets purchased to our classes.
