Escape from Diablo

Small Town. Big Fire. Only One Way Out. Can They Escape... Safely?

Seattle City Light is hosting a unique event to showcase "Escape from Diablo," a safety awareness educational video. Created and produced by City Light employees, the video uses humor to highlight emergency evacuation procedures for the towns of Diablo and Newhalem, both part of our Skagit Hydroelectric Project.

The World Premiere is a FREE community event with two parts:

1. The Concrete Theatre is hosting two showings of "Escape from Diablo," at 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Friday, July 20, 2018. Reservations are required. Doors open 30 minutes prior to showtime.

NOTE: Please select your desired movie time (6 or 8 p.m.) from the drop-down menu.

Door prizes

You do not need to print your ticket(s). When you arrive, simply tell us the name of the person who made your reservations.

2. The Baker Street Block Party will feature family activities, including safety exhibitors, emergency responders, demonstrations, and emergency vehicles on display. The Baker Street Block Party does not require a ticket and is open to everyone.

The goal of this World Premiere Event is to promote safety awareness and emergency preparedness among employees and residents of Skagit Valley in a fun way.
