Bayou Ball
Dare County Arts Council cordially invites you to the Bayou Ball on Saturday, October 27 at Pirates Cove Pavilion in Manteo from 7pm-12am.
The centerpiece of the Bayou Ball is a full night of entertainment by two-time Grammy Award winning musician Terrance Simian and the Zydeco Experience.
Simien, who is an 8th generation Louisiana Creole, and his Zydeco Experience band have performed Zydeco roots music to over 45 countries throughout their 35 years together.
Presented by TowneBank, the Bayou Ball will be complimented with delicious Cajun cuisine, a silent auction full of fine art and exclusive packages from local businesses, as well as vibrant décor that will transfer you to Louisianas bayou.
The Bayou Ball is Dare County Arts Councils annual fundraiser, which enables the nonprofit organization to fulfill their mission and bring unique programs to Dare County, like Terrance Simiens Creole for Kidz and the History of Zydeco, which is coming to Dare County schools October 24-26.
Tickets to the Bayou Ball are $125 per person and are available online at DareArts.org/bayouball and at Dare County Arts Council in downtown Manteo. Guests are also able to reserve tables of eight for $1,500. Seating is limited, so be sure to reserve your tickets in advance.
Mark your calendars for this exciting event! For more event information, please contact Dare County Arts Council at 252-473-5558 or visit DareArts.org.
