The Front Row Returns... And This Time We Have A Festival!

You may have thought we were dead! Hell, we even thought we were dead! Buried alive before our mission was complete, the dead know no peace. But it is time, time to rise, rise from our graves like the kung fu cinema zen masters of old, unable to rest knowing we failed to bring you every single last frame of spectacular celluloid schlock known to man...

We're here to vanquish each and every one of our acetate antagonists, every one of our nitrate nemeses, and, most importantly, the boring bloviations of the serious silver screen! We'll need every weapon at our disposal, from incredible fight choreography to ludicrously manly mustaches to oversized handguns and a chip on the shoulder to match and every scope cinematic process between! Above all else we'll need YOUR help, fellow film fighters...

That's right, YOUR help! Because these three films won't be showcased one weekend a month all summer, or even twice a month. They'll be showcased one single legendary weekend, starting July 20th and ending July 22nd. We can't do this without you, it is a mission too tough, too big, too long, too important to go it alone.

Help realize our dream of solving the world's, or at least Chicago's, fun 35mm film crisis at the FRONT ROW FILM FESTIVAL! The power is YOURS!

Passes are available for $30. But wait, even the undead know how to market in a crowdfunded world! For $45 you get a pass plus an original US theatrical Shaw Brothers movie poster! Or if you don't like Shaw Brothers because someone extracted your taste glands as a form of post-apocalyptic torture you can choose a different 70s/80s poster, ya jerk.

Individual tickets go on sale after films have been announced, though there are plenty of hints for the skittish in this communique as to what we'll be screening, and, really, have we ever let you, our beloved midnight movie faithful, down?
