Yelp's Goat Yoga
** We have our new home! **
Join us for a charity goat yoga session on the north fork! We're teaming up with Cocomotion for a 45-min yoga class, drinking some fine libations from Long Island Spirits and eating the best biscuits on LI from Main Road Biscuit. The (cutest) animals will be provided by the Cornell Cooperative Extension. We're looking at over a dozen goats and rabbits and other cutie pies!
100% of ticket sales will be donated to the Cornell Cooperative Extension, a local non-profit.
This event is 21+ only. No exceptions.
Each ticket purchase snags you:
* Entrance to our goat yoga class hosted by Cocomotion
* A sweet swag bag from Yelp
* A libation from Long Island Spirits
* Mini biscuits with honey butter and jam from Main Road Biscuit
Schedule:
9:15-10am: Check-in and grab your spot!
10-1045ish: Yoga class hosted by Cocomotion
11-?: Grab a drink, a biscuit and enjoy the venue!
About the CCE:
The Suffolk County Farm and Education Center's mission is to provide hands-on research-based learning to all residents with themes in agriculture, animal sciences, history, STEM, healthy living, and life skills, in a unique year-round learning environment and in community spaces. The Farm's vision is to connect with our agricultural heritage and to pave the way for a bright, healthy, and sustainable future.
** Note: the class will involve live animals! Be aware that they... are animals. They might nibble on your yoga mat, give you some kisses, potentially they'll go to the bathroom, etc. Also, the class will be on grass, which isn't always a level surface **
