Great Music on Sundays @5 presents "Jon Arterton & James Mack: Songs of Hope, Love & Courage"
Longtime Provincetown favorites Jon Arteron and James Mack have proved that it is possible for performers to be inspirational and entertaining at the same time. They have been singing songs of love and social justice together since they met in 1997. They founded the Outer Cape Chorale in 2002, were married in 2005, and performed their music revue Legally Married and the Sky Didnt Fall for several years. They now live in St. Petersburg, Florida where they founded the One City Chorus specializing in songs about peace, social equality and justice. Jon also was founder of the proudly gay a cappella group The Flirtations. Pianist John Thomas, with whom they have collaborated for 20 years, joins them for this delightful concert.
