Writers of every age are trying to grow in their craft. This workshop will provide you with useful tools, a set of strategies that every writer needs. And don't be surprised if you find yourself singing along with Roy Peter Clark, who always finds a way to incorporate music into his writing lessons.
About the Instructor: Roy Peter Clark has taught writing at the Poynter Institute since 1977. During that time he has be recognized as one of America's most influential writing coaches. He has taught writing "from cradle to grave": to school children and Pulitzer Prize winning journalists. He is the author or editor of 18 books on reading, writing, journalism, language, grammar, and storytelling. He lives in St. Pete with his wife Karen and a feral cat named "The Duchess."
