Magician, Matthew Laslo makes his annual return to the Lopez Center stage with new illusions and stories from his world travels.
Born on Orcas Island, Matthew Laslo is 17-years-old and one of the youngest magicians on the international circuit. He is an award-winning magician who performs both close-up and grand illusions that has thrilled audiences worldwide. He is an accomplished performer who brings a youthful, innovative approach to the art of magic. Laslo made his national television debut on CW networks PENN & TELLER: FOOL US and impressed Penn & Teller with his originality and showmanship. In January of 2018, he was invited to perform for Chinas #1 television show, The Amazing Magicians, where he wowed 270 million viewers with his fresh & charismatic style.
Laslo has been performing since the age of 7 and started touring with his own show by the age of thirteen. Magic Now is Laslo's current illusion show which is filled with humor, awe, and wonder with lots of audience participation. Joining him is his lovely and talented assistant Maria Bullock. Laslo sums it up by saying, I think it's important for people to believe that anything is possible and be inspired to dream big. I hope that my show will do that.
