Dine-Around Dinner at Louro
Mark your calendars for an exciting evening at Louro, the new restaurant of Dave Santos who has been a chef at Per Se, Bouley, 5 & Diamond and Hotel Griffou  -- and who ran a wildly successful underground dining club, Um Segredo, from his apartment on Roosevelt Island (and which he continues to do at Louro on Monday nights!)  Chef Santos' French culinary background and Portuguese heritage combine to create a contemporary and eclectic menu with many cultural influences and flavors.  We'll get to sample them!
