San Diego brewery Green Flash Brewing Company will be visiting Jimmy's No. 43 for an intimate guided tasting with food pairings. Join us when Green Flash Brewing Company Tasting Room Manager Dave Adams pairs the brewery's beers with special a special custom menu. Modeled after our Bacon & Belgians, this opportunity offers a chance to chill with a very cool brewery with food pairings and animated conversation about Green Flash beer.
Dave will introduce a "Beer 101 tasting class, with some beer and food pairing theory thrown in for good measure. Pairings to include:
Rayon Vert with Prosciutto
Hop Head Red with Goat Cheese. Something creamy and earthy
Palate Wrecker with a Super Aged Gouda.
Barleywine with Shropshire Blue Cheese and a fig compote.
