Yoga Tuesdays, 8.00am 9.00am
Connects breath to movement. Classes are intended to develop strength, flexibility and suppleness whilst balancing the body and mind.
Class level: Participants should be comfortable and confident (or happy to play) with sun salutations, balancing postures, arm balances and inversions.
