The 2008 Southwest Washington Sustainability Conference & Trade Show, presented by the City of Vancouver and Clark County, showcased in the LEED-certified Vancouver Hilton, offers a combination of plenary and track sessions, which follow the three key components of sustainability - climate, commerce and community.
FEATURED SPEAKER: Thought-provoking speakers from across the country, experts all in areas of sustainability, will share global knowledge and practical experience during the two full days. The impressive lineup of speakers is topped by Robert F. Kennedy Jr., environmental activist and attorney, in a special Thursday evening keynote.
COST: Several options are available. - The cost to attend the full two-day conference and trade show is $325. - Group rates of $275 each for 3 or more from one agency or business are also available with password from Rita Davidson or Mike Piper at 360-487-7111. - New! Only have one day to spare? Thursday only conference rate of $225 includes RFK Jr. evening keynote. Friday only conference rate is $150.
