The Sundress
Make the perfect summer sundress! This vintage Vogue style from 1953 has a close-fitting and lined bodice, flared skirt, bound button-holes and sash belt and can be worn either as a halter or sleeveless. Learn how to follow a commercial pattern, take measurements and make simple pattern adjustments for a perfect fit as well as hem, make buttonholes and covered buttons in this beginner's class!
Perfect for those who want to learn how to sew as well as those who are familiar with a machine and want to refine their technique.
Machine and tools are provided. As always, all materials are supplied and included in the class cost!
Class length: 4 weeks, 3 hours/class
Class sessions:
Thursdays 2-5pm: 3/21, 3/28, 4/4, 4/11
Saturdays 2-5pm: 4/6, 4/13, 4/20, 4/27
Mondays 2-5pm: 4/8, 4/15, 4/22, 4/29
Wednesdays 6-9pm: 5/15, 5/22, 5/29, 6/5
Mondays 2-5pm: 6/3, 6/10, 6/17, 6/24
