Assembling an Herbal Home Medicine Cabinet
Assembling an Herbal Home Medicine Cabinet Saturday June 15 10 am - 1 pm Workshop fee $45
Many of us use herbs at home, but what are the key remedies to have on hand that have been proven to be most effective for the more common ailments and minor injuries? During this workshop we will spend time discussing (and sampling!) the herbal remedies that should comprise every family's natural medicine cabinet. We'll cover herbs for colds and flu, headaches, aches and pains, minor injuries and burns, and more, and will discuss in detail how to determine the best herbs to use and what form to use them in, including teas, tinctures, ointments, creams, and salves.
