Beautiful, inspiring music and lyrics explore homelands old and new and the dreams that brought millions from many countries to the United States of America in the hope that future generations would have better lives. First premiered last year in Provincetown and performed in New York City to great acclaim, this encore performance is a powerful experience that will touch the heart and soul.
25% of ticket sales will be donated to Massachusetts Immigrant and Refugee Advocacy Coalition, Inc., a non-profit agency promoting the rights and integration of immigrants and refugees.
Melodies from Broadway, film scores, popular and traditional music combine in a powerful performance that will touch the heart and soul. The concert includes songs from the musicals The Bridges of Madison County, Candide, Fiddler on the Roof, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, The Jazz Singer, Kristina Från Duvemåla, Miss Saigon, The New Yorkers, Rags, Ragtime, St. Louis Woman, West Side Story, The Wiz and Yentl.
