Mike Agranoff 333 Concert

Mike Agranoff is one of our favorite folksingers! Not as much a songwriter as a song-finder, he has an amazing nose for the beautiful, funny, thought-provoking, and touching songs that make folk music special to so many of us. He has a great repertoire of little-known gems, plus a few classics and a few of his own making. He uses his considerable skills on guitar and concertina to play them in distinctive ways. His remarkable narrative poems (think Robert Service, but funnier) show him to be a compelling wordsmith and storyteller, too. All that is leavened with a little Irish music, an occasional foray into Bach, and a few groan-inducing puns (nobody's perfect!).

333 Coffeehouse is Annapolis' monthly listening space for folk and acoustic music. Inexpensive hot and cold beverages, desserts and snacks are offered. 333 is listener-centered, volunteer powered, non-profit, and smoke- and alcohol-free. 333 is a program of the Annapolis Traditional Dance Society.
