Community Connections Part 1 and 2
Community Connections is a necessity for people with disabilities to be safe and engaged with the cities, towns, and neighborhoods of their choice. This training introduces the connections in community. Multiple tools assist the learner is having conversations with the person about interests, gifts and talents, understanding and assessing local communities and discovering allies for community connections.
