The Inciters: One of the West Coast's finest Northern Soul bands THE INCITERS! An overpowering 11-piece dance floor soul band that has brought the house down from LA to Chicago and all across Europe, releasing 4 albums to date on Jump Up Records from Chicago, Grover/Elmo Records in Germany and DOING FINE which was recorded in Chicago and released by JUMP UP in 2000. Soul Clap was released in 2012.
Monkey is a 5 piece high-energy organ driven, Ska/Reggae group from the SF Bay Area. Intense live shows and rock-steady rhythms not only get the crowds dancing, it has won the band s awards, including the prestigious California Music Award (BAMMIE)! Following up their 2015 release Bananarchy, these Bay Area rudies are back again with Intermittent Waves -- 10 tracks of soulful ska. On Intermittent Waves Monkey finds the time to wax nostalgic as they take a trip through every wave of ska since the 60s all the while managing to keep up with that familiar Monkey sound.
