Cider School: Stone Fruit & Cider
Stone Fruit offers fantastic refreshment, and has a long history alongside cider. What is summer without fresh cherries, plums, peaches, apricots & nectaries? Or tropical mangoes? These fruits (also known as drupes) will be on display as we drink through different ciders blended with stone fruit. Class includes a flight of four Ciders, table snacks, and class instructor. Of course, we always end with a special toast!
