Novo Brazil Beer Pairing Experience
Join us bayside on Wednesday, June 27th in the Harbor View room at Tom Ham's Lighthouse as Executive Chef Kyle Kovar and his Chef team curates a 6 course + 6 beer pairing experience featuring brews from one of San Diego's fastest growing breweries Novo Brazil Brewing.
We will highlight the Novo Brazil brand and culture by letting their team showcase their brand, their best brews, and giving guests entertainment they won't forget with Brazilian dancers and music as entertainment.
You will be taken on a journey with every course learning about the brewing process and tasting notes while taking bites from a perfectly planned pairing from Chef Kyle.
