LilFest Presents Suzie Vinnick
The LilFest Series at Keene Valley Congregational Church brings world quality performances to an intimate concert setting in the beautiful Adirondack mountains. Two hours from each - Montreal, Albany and Burlington, audiences have been attracted from locations as distant as Chicago and Syracuse by the combination of the setting, intimate sound, and fine musicianship. Suzie Vinnick follows in the footsteps of performers like Michael Smith, Tim Grimm, Claudia Nygaard and Radoslav Lorkovic.
Suzie Vinnick is the owner of a gorgeous, powerful voice which she uses with unparalleled sweetness and engaging candidness. A Saskatoon native, she lives in Toronto, and performs across Canada and the US, abroad in the Gulf and Bosnia and on national Canadian television. Her gospel and blues sensibilities will remind you of the greats, take your breath away, and then her presence, humility and personality will bring you back to your senses. It doesn't get much better than this.
Nancy Emrich Freeman, the creator of LilFest, seeks out beautiful small settings for music in communities open to the experience of quality live music of many genres and styles. LilFest is deeply rooted songs and stories of passion and power for our modern lives.
