Sanctus Nicolaus Beer Release
Your ticket purchases a pair of the first in our annual series of Winter Dopplebocks, Sanctus Nicolaus. This Imperial Dopplebock clocks in at a whopping 13.9% ABV, and is sure to delight and please the beer connoisseur.
Like a fine desert wine, with rich flavors of toffee, caramel and pears, this lager will delight and amaze your palette from your first sip.
Brewed on December 6th, 2011, Sanctus Nicolaus is fermented at cold temperatures for 5.5 months before being transferred to lagering tanks where it aged, developed and matured for another 7 months.
This beer can be laid up for years, though you may enjoy it sooner.
Sold as a pair - one each 375 mL and 750 mL, in a fine corked and caged bottle, yours to choose which to drink and which to save. Or save both for that special occasion!
Proper serving vessel would be a 0.2L or 7 ounce tulip.
All bottles must be picked up with proper ID and your Ticket (print from your receipt) at the brewery.
Limit: 2 pair per person.
All bottles must be picked up by May 15th, or they become the property of Hess Brewing Co. at which time they will be surrendered to the brewery and may become available for purchase.
