We're excited to invite your wisdom, experience, and inspiration as we embark upon a new and exciting direction for the Earth Medicine Alliance. We want to know, "How can we truly support those who are already teaching and sharing earth-honoring ways?" This may include educators in public and private schools, spiritual guides in diverse earth-honoring traditions, stewards of environmental education programs, leaders of other non-profits, earth-honoring writers and artists, etc. Although this has been one element of our work to date, this will now be our primary focus moving forward.
Maybe you currently serve in some capacity helping others to walk with greater awareness of the ancestors and larger web of relations, to (re)awaken their connection with the living Earth. If so, we want to hear from you directly about what types of support could help you to be even more effective and nourished in your service. Our day together will include participatory, facilitated spaces focused on how the Earth Medicine Alliance can effectively embody our new focus based on a clear understanding of what is truly needed. You'll also get to meet the leadership of the Alliance (current staff and board), and learn about ways to become more involved.
There is no cost to attend this event, and as one way to say thanks, we're pleased to offer a free, healthy lunch on location for all attendees (gluten-free and vegetarian options). For planning purposes, we do ask that you pre-register by June 7th. We hope you can join us in this exciting time of change and new inspiration!
