Berkeley High School Dance Production 2018 Presents:
PRIDE, GREED, LUST, ENVY, GLUTTONY, WRATH, SLOTH
Dance Production takes on the "Seven Deadly Sins" as a starting point to ask: What are our downfalls? What are our strengths? What are our struggles? What do we celebrate in ourselves and in each other? What makes us human?
We kick the show off with two beautiful pieces by our guest choreographers: Evie Ladin/MoToR dance created Time On Our Side, a meditation on how we relate to the ticking clock in our studio and our world; Byb Chanel Bybene/Kiandanda Dance Theater created Athletes of God, a celebration of African and western dance sensibilities. We so appreciate the opportunity to dive in creatively with these two local artists.
