Prescription for Happiness is an opportunity for beginners to discover The Work and for others to go deeper and experience the wisdom of the living turnarounds.
About Roxann: She is a certified facilitator with over 25 years of experience in doing The Work.
Schedule: Friday April 5th 6-9pm Saturday 9am-12:30 and 2pm-5pm

For new and fairly new people to The Work, we suggest that you read Loving What Is by Byron Katie, go to www.thework.com and listen to/watch Katie doing The Work, download the Judge Your Neighbor worksheet from the website and "practice", and/or have a session with someone in The Work. All are welcome regardless of experience and you may find some introduction to The Work useful.
What follows is some general information about the weekend:
Registration Starts at 5:15 pm. The workshop will begin promptly at 6pm. We'll finish Friday night at 9:00 PM.

Lunch will be on your own from 12:30 to 2:00 PM. (Hours may shift slightly)T
