I've begun hosting and guiding my Emotional Liberation practices at this cozy Denver meditation center. It's called Mayu (my-you).
I love this place. It's not associated with any tradition or particular spiritual belief. Just "Calm in the Center".
Isn't that what we all want? Yet SO many of us are hip-deep in the insanity of roiling emotions.
