Positive Impact Workshop: Continuous Improvement Skills for Leading Change in Organizations, the Community and Your Life
Do you run a business, organization...household? Do you volunteer or sit on a board? Are you a parent? Even if you are simply the CEO of your own life, this workshop applies to a broad variety of situations. Learn how to improve customer/employee/relationship/stakeholder satisfaction, improve productivity flow, clear communications clogs, and drive continuous improvement using simple processes. The biggest controllable expense is conflict, and it exists everywhere - at work, at home, you name it. Learn how to effectively resolve conflict so that you can harness it for improvement and relationship-building opportunities. This workshop is designed to help you grow a happy business, organization, community and home. Julie Hushen works as a consultant helping companies with organizational development and continuous improvement. She specializes in planting seeds of change in organizations, transforming cultures and improving employee and customer satisfaction and operational flow as a result. As a mother, she has found that her processes for managing organizational conflict, driving change and improving satisfaction translate very well to family/personal circumstances, as well as to the civic organizations for which she volunteers. She holds a master of science in Management with concentrations in Organizational Conflict and Finance, 40 hours of Basic Mediation Training and years of experience in multiple industries ranging from international manufacturing operations to automotive retail.
