Thomas Berglund, owner of Almnas Bruk (Hjo, Sweden) is taking a cheese-centric midsommar dinner party on a mini US tour next week and we're launching it at the Barnyard.
Sweden eats & parties during Midsommar (it's a summer solstice holiday). We'll synthesize their style with Barnyard style. Think intimate but lively dinner vibes. Think stories from a passionate Swede who owns an 800 year old monastery. There will be Wrangeback, Wrangeback pie, Swedish crispbreads, pickled herring, new potatoes and strawberry shortcake. Not to mention lager, schnapps, and schnapps songs.
We consider this a can't-miss for any monger who's carried Wrangeback. Expect a deep dive from the man himself.
