Bowdoin Alpha Delta Phi Society Summer Reunion

During Reunion Weekend, the Bowdoin Alpha Delta Phi Society Alumni Association will hold its annual meeting on Saturday, July 28 th at 10:30 a.m. at the House. Among the topics that we will discuss are:
* Possible modifications to our Literary Fund arrangement with Bowdoin College
* Improved alumni outreach and engagement
* Continued preservation of our chapter archives
* Planning for future reunions

The annual meeting will also focus on our ongoing role in the National Alpha Delta Phi Society, where the Bowdoin Chapter continues to lead. At the Society convention in March, we're proud to report that Bro. James Sabo 92 was elected National President.
Bro. Matthew Schechter 91 continues to serve on the National Society Board of Governors; Bros. Peter Kester 87 and David Clodfelter 89 have just completed their terms as Governors. Finally, at the annual meeting, we will be voting on several
constitutional amendments from the 2018 Society convention.

Here are some additional details about the weekend:
* Dinner will be served at the House on Friday and Saturday. All meals will be buffet-style. You can sign up for these meals on the online registration form.
* Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be served by Bowdoin College at the House, and this is covered in your fee. There will be open bars at the House on both Friday and Saturday evenings.
* We have arranged for a guided tour of the Bowdoin Art Museum and special AD exhibit at Bowdoin Special Collections on Friday afternoon. These events are free with your registration.
