Two Gentlemen of Verona, The Rock Musical
Don't miss this quirky, anarchic rock musical Two Gentlemen of Verona, composed by Galt MacDermot ("Hair") book by John Guare ( "House of Blue Leaves") and originally produced by Joe Papp, founder of the New York Shakespeare Festival. Love is in bloom and back in style in this show, with songs that run the spectrum of pop, folk, soul, R&B, calypso and Latin sounds. They help tell the story of lovers separated by exile and betrayal, friendship divided by romance, and multiple unions magically cemented in the final act.
