Timeless Meditation with Medicated Mavens (June 2018)
Join Sarina Gomez of the Medicated Mavens Saturday June 23rd for a morning of guided meditation, essential oils, and massage techniques to release your own fascia. The class is held at the Midtown Wellness Center.
Myofascial release is an alternative medicine therapy that claims to treat skeletal muscle immobility and pain by relaxing contracted muscles, improving blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulating the stretch reflex in muscles.
Class begins at 10:30am so we ask participants to be ready to go at this time. Participants who arrive after 10:45am will not be allowed entrance. Please bring a mat.
Yogis with a medical card will receive a medicated goodie bag sponsored by Midtown Roots and Timeless Vapes! Goodie bags will have two .5g vapes! THC and a second with CBD:THC! Participants will also walk away with Cycling Frog CBD capsules!
1 goodie bag per participant, must have a medical card to redeem bag.
